Teach You a Lesson

When teachers’ authority in schools begins to crumble under the pressure of bullying, violence, and powerful parents, a special government agency is created to deal with the situation—the Educational Rights Protection Bureau (ERPB). The job of this agency’s inspector Na Hwa-jin is to visit schools where conventional rules and administrative systems have failed and restore order.

Former special forces member Hwa-jin doesn’t solve problems like a typical teacher or counselor. Instead, she uses her extraordinary physical ability, sharp judgment, and unconventional methods to hold students, parents, and even school authorities responsible for bullying accountable. She works alongside Im Han-rim, a former military operative, and tech-savvy Bong Geun-dae, who plays a key role in undercover operations and intelligence gathering.

At each school, Hwa-jin encounters new forms of injustice and abuse of power—sometimes the spoiled son of a powerful politician, sometimes a school gang, sometimes excessive control over the child or terrible social pressure. As the investigation progresses, it becomes clear that the problems are not limited to the behavior of a few students; behind them lie the interests of adults, corruption, and an education system where true justice is most difficult to establish. As a result, Teach You a Lesson is not just a story of school bullying, but an intense action drama about the limits of power, responsibility, and justice.
